Sports Day

The annual Pythagoras Academy Sports Day was so much fun! Students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 7 got to join in on the fun. Each grade was split up into their House Teams and given the opportunity to engage in some friendly competition at a series of stations. Students displayed amazing sportsmanship and cooperation with one another. This event was such a fun and engaging way to build the school’s cohesiveness and promote school community.

Grade 6/7 Squamish Sea to Sky Gondola Trip

The Physical Education program at Pythagoras Academy provides students with a number of Outdoor Educational opportunities. This month, the grade 6 and 7 class had the chance to travel to the Squamish Sea to Sky Gondola. For the majority of students, this was their first time visiting Squamish and experiencing a hike. Despite the fog and rain, they had an amazing time and were able to appreciate the beauty around them. This trip was a great opportunity for students to strengthen their relationships with one another, the teachers, and nature as well. Great work Gr. 6/7 class!
